Eligibility for Exchange/Refund:

We offer exchange or refund only in the following cases

• The product arrives damaged, broken, or in
• The product you received is incorrect

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for

• Change of mind
• Size issues (all sizes are clearly mentioned in descriptions)
• Minor color or texture differences due to photography or screen settings

How to Request an Exchange or Refund:

1. Email us at: irabysimi@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Attach:

• A 360° unboxing video taken as soon as you receive the package
• Clear proof of the damage or issue in good lighting

3. Your request will be reviewed and processed within 2–3 working days.

Once Approved:

• We’ll schedule a return pickup or guide you on how to return the product directly to us.
• Shipping charges for return/exchange must be paid by the customer.(Shipping charges -INR 100)
• A replacement will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned product.
• If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days after verification.

Key Notes:

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• If unboxing video or clear proof is not provided, we won’t be able to process your request.
• Refunds are done only after proper verification.

Prepaid Orders – Free Shipping

• Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 days
• Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days
• Since we cover the delivery cost, we request you to provide a full and accurate address and be available to receive the parcel when it arrives
