Return and Exchange
Eligibility for Exchange/Refund:
We offer exchange or refund only in the following cases
- The product arrives damaged, broken, or in defective condition
- The product you received is incorrect
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for
- Change of mind
- Size issues (all sizes are clearly mentioned in descriptions)
- Minor color or texture differences due to photography or screen settings
How to Request an Exchange or Refund:
- Email us at: irabysimi@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Attach:
- A 360° unboxing video taken as soon as you receive the package
- Clear proof of the damage or issue in good lighting
3. Your request will be reviewed and processed within 2–3 working days.
Once Approved:
- We’ll schedule a return pickup or guide you on how to return the product directly to us.
- Shipping charges for return/exchange must be paid by the customer.(Shipping charges -INR 100)
- A replacement will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned product.
- If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days after verification.
Key Notes:
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- If unboxing video or clear proof is not provided, we won’t be able to process your request.
- Refunds are done only after proper verification.
